• By using Sky Panel, you automatically agree to these terms, regardless of whether you read them or not.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing any order.
• You will only use the Sky Panel website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service pages.

2. Service Usage and Delivery

• Sky Panel is used to promote your social media accounts and help boost your "appearance" only.
• We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you will get the followers/likes you pay for.
• We do not guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
• You will not upload anything into the Sky Panel site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media communities.

3. Account Liabilities

Sky Panel is not responsible for any account suspension, photo deletion, or video removal done by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other social media platform. You are using our services at your own risk.

4. Registration and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Multi-accounting or exploiting system loopholes will lead to an immediate ban, and any remaining balance will be confiscated without notice.

5. Order Guidelines

Do not place multiple orders for the exact same link at the exact same time before the first order is completed. Doing so may cause the system to malfunction, and we cannot issue refunds for such mistakes.
